Do I need a referral?

You do not need a doctor referral to attend physiotherapy.

However, some insurance companies require a doctor's note to receive coverage.

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, direct billing is offered for most insurance providers.

You will be asked to input your insurance information into the Jane App upon booking. If you do not see your provider please contact me using the form below.

We do not have WCB or AHS contracts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, interac debit, cash and e-transfer.

You will be asked to input your credit card information into the Jane App to secure your booking.

Your card will not be charged until your appointment.

Where is TrueStrength located?

TrueStrength Physio is operated out of Torque Fitness & Training. We have a private treatment room and access to the gym facilities for your assessment and treatment. Please note that access is through the back entrance as the front door operates on a fob system.

What can I expect during my first appointment?

During your first appointment we will discuss your history, symptoms, and any concerns you may have. We will complete a full assessment and treatment. We will work together to build a treatment plan to reach your goals.

What if i need to cancel my appointment?

Please remember that this appointment time is reserved especially for you. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through the Jane App. However, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or there will be a late cancellation fee of 50% or a no show fee of the full amount of your appointment. We understand that occasionally things come up and you need to reschedule. If it's within 24 hours of your appointment please contact me.
